We have always believed that ministry was never meant to be done alone. Some of the greatest strength, encouragement, and growth we’ve experienced over more than 40 years of ministry has come through genuine relationships with pastors and leaders of like faith and spirit.
When our family moved from Australia to the United States in 1999 to pastor what is now Wave Church, one of my first priorities was to build relationships with other pastors and churches. I knew then what I still believe today: we are better when we do this together.
That heart is why Wave Collective exists. It’s not simply about being part of a network; it’s about friendship, encouragement, connection, and championing one another as we build healthy lives, healthy churches, and reach people for Jesus.
